The Nonprofit sector has proven its resilience the past few years. Despite dramatic social upheaval and rapid shifts in worker expectations, communities nationwide have continued to be served by the many thousands of 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to meeting their needs and enhancing their lives.

Recent challenges, however, have taken a toll. We all have stories of peer organizations that have been forced to shut their doors, and organizations that have endured have seen vulnerabilities in workforce acquisition, retention, and engagement given new urgency as competition for qualified staff has remained historically high.
